Spanish Food Recipes – Easy Spanish Dishes & Dips

You will know doubt want some Spanish Food Recipes once you have tasted the bursting with flavour food from Spain that you will no doubt taste when you take your holidays in Majorca.

I am constantly experimenting with different Spanish Food Dishes, so I thought it would be nice to share a few of the recipes I use on a regular basis.

So far, I have included …

Spanish Dips:

- Aioli (Garlic Mayonnaise)

- Spanish Tomato Salsa Dip

Bread Recipes:

- Traditional Spanish Round Bread

- Coca Bread

Main Courses and Tapas Recipes:

- Spanish Tortilla

- Breaded Ham and Cheese Tapas

- Frito Mallorquin

- Spanish Meatballs(Albóndigas Español)

- Mussels Mediterranea (Mejillones Mediterranea)

Mallorcan Sweets:

- Mallorcan Ensaimadas

One of the Spanish Recipes listed above that I am sure you will enjoy if you like the taste of Garlic is the traditional dip that is served as part of a starter dish in most local Spanish Restaurants, namely …

… Aioli.

This can be served with the Traditional Round Bread and fresh cut tomato. This is the same round loaf that you will see in bakeries all over Majorca. It takes a bit of time to make, but well worth it. However, if you don’t have the time to make this bread …

… French Stick bread will be just as tasty.

The Spanish Tomato Salsa Dip is easy to make and can be served as an alternative to the traditional fresh cut tomato when you want to serve the Aioli appetizer dish. Once you have made this extremely fresh tasting dip, you will never want to buy another jarred or tinned Salsa Dip.

Spanish Tortillas can be served for a really hearty breakfast, lunch or at dinner time. Not only are they versatile, full of nutrition and, flavourful, they are also …

… great money savers.

I do hope that you will enjoy the recipes that I have provided. Please do visit again, as I plan to add more tried and tested Spanish Food Recipes, as well as cooking tips, to our website regularly. These will include Tapas recipes.
