The poppy photo of a field just north of Manacor was a sea of red poppies. Every time I drove along this highway there was always lots of cars parked and the locals and tourists were taking pictures of this beautiful sight. Unfortunately the next year, the local farmer plowed this field so we will not be seeing the beautiful red poppy blossoms for awhile.
